About ecIT/ECIS The Electronic Systems Management Committee (ESMC) is in charge of the administration, maintance, and expansion of the Engineering Council Information System (ECIS). This system includes the hardware and software required to publish websites, maintain mailing lists, maintain office workstations, and provide support to Engineering Council member societies.
